Group Exercise Training
Group exercise sessions are designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength. Each class will be different and geared towards the needs of the clients. Despite the group setting; our personal trainers are able to modify the classes, as needed, for individuals' specific needs. The dynamic of our group exercise training is meant to help you have fun while exercising and see the results you'd like to see!
As previously mentioned, classes are different each time you attend to ensure you don't plateau! Most classes will include a wide variety of materials and stations including: dumbbells, exercise balls, BOSU balls, weighted bars, mats, weighted medicine balls, resistance bands, jump ropes, GREAT music, and a wonderful instructor!
