Our customized personal training options will have you reaching your goals and striving for more! If you choose to partake in our Personal Training; you will begin with an assessment of your current fitness level and review of your goals. The personal trainer will then create a program suitable for you and your one-on-one sessions will take place during a convenient time for your schedule. Personal Training is an excellent option for those who have a limited schedule or need one-on-one attention to keep them fully motivated!
Each Personal Training Option Includes:
Free Introduction to Trainer/Assessment: Usually a 30-45 minute session to introduce you to the trainer and assess your current fitness level. This session will be scheduled with you once you have decided to participate in this fitness option.
One-on-One Sessions: 30- or 60-minute sessions (based on your wants/needs) with a Personal Trainer going through a workout appropriate for your level and goals.
