Elisabeth Nangle, BS

Elisabeth received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2010. She has experience in teaching group exercise classes,  personal training, and helping individuals meet their personal fitness goals. Elisabeth's goal while manager at Lepre Wellness Center is to create a welcoming and healthy environment for staff and clients alike. Elisabeth also has experience in working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities from her previous work with Special Olympics. "When health is absent, wisdom cannot reveal itself, art cannot manifest, strength cannot fight, wealth becomes useless, and intelligence cannot be applied".

Shannon Sexton Potter, LMT

Shannon specializes in integrated massage work using several different techniques. She primarily employs the use of Swedish massage, neuromuscular massage, Shiatsu massage, and polarity therapy in order to create a massage experience that is tailored to the clients specific needs. She graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist from Health Choices Holistic Massage Institute in New Jersey. Her extensive training in holistic massage has given her the tools to care for the person as a whole; body, mind, and spirit. Shannon has also successfully created and implemented a therapeutic massage program for Erickson Retirement Communities in Pompton Plains, NJ. Now a happy resident of Providence, RI she hopes to bring her intuitive spirit to Lepre Wellness. She is nationally certified therapist through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.

Colleen Perry, BS, CPT, NASM

GRAVITY Certified Instructor, Personal Trainer

Colleen is a personal trainer with a degree in Athletic Training. She holds certificates from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and GRAVITY Instructors from EFI Sports Medicine. She has been working in the health and fitness arena for over 6 years designing personalized fitness programs that deliver maximum results for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Her specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. Her clients learn how to move their core, improve balance, athletic skills, and most importantly, feel good in their bodies. The key to success in fitness is not the method; it is the precise execution and persistence that gets results.
