Lepre Wellness Center has created quality, customized programs to help you reach your personal fitness and wellness goals. Throughout your 12 week journey you will develop a guided relationship with a Wellness Coach, work with a personal trainer, take a variety of fitness classes, and receive Massage Therapy sessions from a licensed Massage Practitioner. Our coordinated Wellness Team approach will make you whole-body healthy!
Weight Loss: A program geared towards helping you lose weight and maintain the weight loss once you have reached your goal.
Diabetes: For diabetics looking to get healthy and eventually lower their dosage in medication or stop medication all together!
Hypertension: Lower your blood pressure and reduce the use of medication through this all-inclusive wellness program.
Joint Replacement Recovery: Help the healing process by improving the strength and flexibility of your joints and maintain the level of progress achieved during your physical therapy treatment.
QUICK-Start to Exercise: Learn and experience the fundamentals of a quality exercise program including: breathing techniques, proper form, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle!
Back Health: Work on improving your flexibility and core strength and ease back pain and increase strength and endurance.
Reduced Body Fat: Trim & Tone: Gain muscle and lose fat to tone your problem areas.
Stress Relief: Explore multiple avenues of easing anxiety and better your sense of well-being.
